We define executive coaching as a conversation between people where an individual gets to think for himself and realise his full potential directly and creatively.
1:1 Executive Coaching looks at how an individual views the world and how he can be in choice to create a difference in being. This involves looking at the language used by an individual and the internal dialogue that is available to him, the paradigms and beliefs and attitudes he holds as well as the moods and emotions he adopts. Becoming an observer of the self and practicing for difference to obtain mastery is the objective.

F100Days

Somewhere between 40% – 50% of executives who are new hires fail, or don’t meet expectations within the first year on the job. The figure is still true for executives making an internal move or promotion. Often there is little by way of an orientation provided and certainly nothing approximating a 100 day success plan.

F100days Coaching offers support to navigate the myriad transitions inherent in a new role, help the individual identify a strong support network, accelerate the learning curve and maintain focus for leadership success.

How can a team harness the inherent differences in team members for effect? Together U explores the potential for team effectiveness and collaboration through coaching.
We provide team coaching designed to maximise engagement and the contribution to collective objectives within a team coping with change, new challenges and groups in transition. Through appreciative enquiry, interviews and assessment tools emphasising employee engagement and organisational objectives, we provide executives with practices and exercises to allow them think, feel and be better at work and in life. It is an intensive process to maximise potential and stimulate growth from inside out.

Now is the time to revisit our values and purpose and consider what next? We help business leaders realise the true potential of an organisation with its complexities agenda, and old ways?
How can we engage employees to participate wholly in an organisation, an engagement that spells commitment not compliance?
