Our process for teams

Creative Brief

We all see the need for organisational learning, development and change that transcends the over used transactional business clichés. For teams that may mean the need to shift the way it observes in several key domains, becoming less insular and more connected for an example. We are interested in talking with teams who are established, virtual, in transition or simply wish to change the way they are as a group.

Research

Similarly we view the power of connection rather than separation as an alternative orientation. We will conduct or use company 360 degree questionnaires and FIRO-B psychometrics to help understand the dynamic of the team. We will conduct appreciative enquiry audits to get a flavour of what works. We can conduct research interviews with other team groups or stakeholders to understand the customer experience in dealing with this team. All and any research will be used to increase our awareness of the team.

Team Coaching

We love and respect diversity and we will employ our facilitative skills to explore how we can best utilise the inherent qualities and capabilities’ of the team for best effect. We will host six group coaching sessions of three hours duration in addition to individual single hour coaching sessions for each team member. We will identify group goals and objectives, design practices for change and support further skills development in areas that require attention. In addition we will spend time evaluating individual psychometric results for their impact on the team.

Making it happen

How can we harness the differences inherent in your teams for effectiveness? Lime Trees Road has developed team coaching as one solution to maximise engagement and contribution to collective objectives with teams coping with change, new challenges and groups in transition. We will employ Business appreciative enquiry, Psychometric profiling, Individual and team coaching in our methodology for team coaching. In addition we will speak with group sponsors to develop a climate that supports change and encourages the transference of learning back in the work place.

Outcome
